Life in Virginia

I will start this entry with the pictures from when the night was still young. It was great to see everyone when we arrived. The girls made hats for everyone and you will see them in the pictures below. I could not believe how much all the kids had grown over the summer. Dylan and Kyle were talking a lot more and running around with all the "big" kids. We got to see Terri, Ryan and the boys. They are going to love living up there, it's so beautiful. You need to check out Joe & Alida's site they have the film of Kyle and Matt bow hunting. They were quite the hunters. Watch out chippies.

LeeAnna got the whole UP experience all in one night. We went to the upper falls and had pasties & UP beer. The beer was so good we both brought a bottle back for the campfire. We lucked out and saw the Northern Lights that night too. I wish LeeAnna could have stayed longer but she was off to Alaska the next morning at 3:00 am.






That UP beer must be a little stronger than Coors Light.












Ah, a kiss is just a kiss. I think Brandon had a little to much of the Captain too. He rarely says two words to me and I got a kiss on the cheek.











Here is Michael asking Rich to share his "peenosity" and to not leave him unsupervised. Michael was very upset that Rich would not accept his "peenosity" and did not want anyone to talk to Rich until he accepted. We were all a little afraid to ask what the meaning of "peenosity" was.

But mommy.... I really like Captain Morgan and I thought it's better that I drink here with family. I am afraid my daughter might fall for a pirate.


















Now here was trouble all night. If they were not giving each other the whatfore, they were chasing each other around the table. Please note the shirts. I think dad was surprised. I could not wait to give them out. If anyone got a picture of the group in these could they please send it to me? Mine did not turn out. Not sure if it was the camera or the person taking the picture...






It was getting late and time to go in. If only the drinking stopped then.... I think LeeAnna has a new friend (Scott) or did he just need help getting back to the house? Another great time in Paradise.
