Life in Virginia

The group before the run. All dry and looking ready to go. It was a hot one this year. They delayed the run 10 min because of the heat we were still about 90 and I don't think the 10 min made any difference.









At 2 miles still smiling only 3 more to go.













After the race. My goal was just to finish and I did.












Rich got a nice picture of Heidi's Mom and Dad. It was nice to see them at the run and go out for dinner and drinks with them after.
